Our Amelia hoop is on a black metal base, with a textured dried decoration - full of fluffy Pampas, grasses, ferns and flowers.  We've finished it off with long ribbon trails, varying in width and length.
 
This is on our largest bases hoops - measuring 50cm diameter.
